We offer FDM 3D printing using a Bambu Lab P2S printer — one of the most precise consumer-grade machines available. You can either browse our library of ready-to-print models (sourced from MakerWorld) or upload your own STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP file for a custom quote.
We print in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU (flexible), and carbon/glass fibre-reinforced filaments. All prints are quality-checked before dispatch.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail then takes 2–4 additional business days, so you can expect your print in 5–9 business days total.
Need it faster? Rush processing (2–3 business day turnaround) is available for an additional $15. Select this option on the Custom Quote form or mention it in your order notes. Standard shipping cost is $4.99, or free for orders over $100.

We accept: STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP.
STL is the most common 3D printing format. 3MF is preferred as it preserves colour, scale, and print settings. STEP files are ideal for engineering parts with precise tolerances.
If your file is in a different format (e.g. SOLIDWORKS, Fusion 360, IGES), export it to STEP or STL first, or email us at support@rapidparts3d.store and we’ll advise.

Pricing depends on three factors: print volume (how much filament is used), material type, and print time.
Library models have fixed prices listed on each product page. Custom quotes are calculated individually after reviewing your file — most prints fall between $10 and $50.
Volume discounts apply automatically: 5+ identical parts get 10% off, 10+ get 15% off. For larger runs contact orders@rapidparts3d.store for a bulk quote.

Every print is visually and dimensionally inspected before it leaves our facility. We check for layer adhesion, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity.
If your print arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@rapidparts3d.store with photos and your order number. We will reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Common issues we resolve free of charge include: warping, layer separation, under-extrusion, broken parts, incorrect dimensions, or wrong material/colour shipped. We’ll reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
