Files you upload for printing are stored securely and deleted within 30 days of order completion. We do not share, sell, or distribute your uploaded files to any third party.

RapidParts3D acts solely as a manufacturing service provider. We do not own, claim, or take any responsibility for the intellectual property rights associated with the designs, files, or models uploaded by customers.

By submitting a file for printing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the design, or

• You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the design, and

• The design does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

RapidParts3D expressly disclaims all liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted designs. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of uploaded content. Any legal claims, disputes, or damages resulting from IP infringement by a customer’s design are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data

• Request deletion or correction of your data

• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
