• Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch
• Tracking: Provided via email when your order ships

Free Shipping
• Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping
• No coupon code needed — discount applied at checkout
Express Shipping
• Cost: $12.99
• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail Express
• Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch
• Select at checkout
International Shipping
• We currently ship to the US only

PRODUCTION TIME
All items are printed on demand. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of order placement. Large, complex, or multi-part orders may require additional production time — we will notify you by email if your order needs extra time.
Rush Processing
Need it faster? Rush processing is available for an additional $10.00. Rush orders are prioritized and dispatched within 2-3 business days. To request rush processing, select the option at checkout or note it in your custom quote request.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package at usps.com or via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Quality Guarantee
Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. If you receive a print that is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rapidparts3d.store with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect or damage
We will either reprint the item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because all of our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns on items that have been printed correctly to your specifications. Please review your design, material choice, and quantity carefully before submitting your order.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified
• To cancel, email support@rapidparts3d.store with your order number as soon as possible
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. RapidParts3D is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately before printing begins.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at support@rapidparts3d.store immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund once the claim is processed. Please keep all original packaging if your item arrives damaged.
